Booking A Massage

Please submit a massage availability request form to begin the booking process.

A non-refundable $50 non-refundable booking deposit is required to hold the appointment time. This deposit is credited towards the full service cost.

Client is required to pay for remaining balance at the start of their appointment.

Service payments can be made via cash, zelle, cash-app & apple pay only.

Tips can be given via cash, zelle and cash-app & apple pay.

For Mobile Massage Bookings:

Travel Fee:

City of Chicago - $35

Surrounding Suburbs - $50

For bookings in the suburbs, a 90 minute session (or above) is required to accommodate travel time and ensure the best experience for you.

Cancellation Policy:

Please reschedule or cancel your session at least 48 hours before your appointment. 

Refund Policy:

No refunds will be issued after service has been completed.

Terms & Conditions:

Clients are expected to behave in a respectful manner at all times.

Mobile massages should be done in a clean and safe environment. The space should fit a massage table that is 30 inch x 73 inch with room to move around.

Clients are expected to be ready to begin their session at the scheduled appointment time.

Our practice strictly adheres to the ethical and professional codes of conduct established for licensed therapeutic bodywork. We maintain an environment that is entirely therapeutic and healthcare-focused. Any verbal comments, physical actions, or behavioral suggestions that compromise this clinical relationship will result in the immediate and permanent conclusion of the session.

For safety reasons, please let me know if other people will be present in your space during the time of your session. Client-practitioner privacy is preferred.

No additional parties other than the client being serviced are allowed in clinic space during in-office session.
